About Me
Jillian Schuster is a seasoned event planner offering comprehensive planning, on-site event management, and consulting services in the Berkshires, Hudson Valley, and NY Tri-State Area.
Jillian has 18 years of professional event and hospitality experience, having planned everything from weddings to board meetings, award ceremonies, and film screenings. She founded Jillian J Events in 2016 and now produces weddings, social gatherings, nonprofit events, and select corporate programs throughout the Berkshires and New York. As a Berkshires-based wedding planner, she works with both local and destination clients planning celebrations across the region.
Prior to this, Jillian spent 12 years at Warner Bros. Discovery (formerly Time Warner) in New York, where she was the Associate Director of Events, overseeing programs such as screenings, receptions, company-wide town halls, and multi-day offsite meetings with brands such as HBO, CNN, and Warner Bros. Prior to Time Warner, she spent four years managing events and hospitality programs across the globe at the National Basketball Association, including NBA All Star Weekend, the 2008 Olympics, and NBA Europe Live. Jillian also spent time at 1 Hotel Central Park, selling, servicing and executing private events.​
Producing events draws on Jillian's passion for bringing people together and creating unique experiences. When not in planning-mode, she can be found hiking, exploring New England, and with her family. As a graduate of The George Washington University, Jillian has a Business Administration degree with a double concentration in Sport & Event Management and Marketing.
